Batenburg expands HMI portfolio with transflective displays

A proven HMI solution for industrial and commercial outdoor applications

Batenburg Applied Technologies has entered into a distribution agreement with Leadtek Display to represent the company in the Benelux region. Through this partnership, Batenburg expands its HMI portfolio with transflective display solutions and further strengthens its position as a technology and design-in partner for touch and display applications.

The agreement comes at an important time for the manufacturing industry. As a prominent transflective display portfolio is being phased out, many OEMs are looking for a reliable alternative. With Leadtek Display's solutions, Batenburg offers a future-proof path for new projects, migrations, and drop-in replacements, without compromising functionality or ease of integration.

Transflective displays have long been a proven solution for industrial and commercial outdoor applications. Thanks to their unique combination of reflective and transmissive technology, these displays remain highly readable in direct sunlight. In addition, their dependence on backlighting decreases as ambient light levels increase, resulting in lower power consumption.
