Company Webcast enables primarily Dutch-based, internationally operating companies to host global meetings and product presentations. In addition, specially developed software is used to digitally record meetings in both video and audio, replacing traditional minute-taking. This digital content is documented, archived, and fully searchable. In the coming years, exports are expected to increase, particularly to Southern and Eastern Europe.

The client’s request was the design of new platforms. They were looking for a flat, compact enclosure for their media centers. The original supplier of these media centers was unable to meet this requirement, creating an opportunity that Batenburg Applied Technologies (formerly Batenburg Mechatronia) successfully filled.

The extremely limited height of the enclosure proved to be the main challenge during the design phase. With the desired materials, this would normally not be feasible. By rearranging the components of the IPC, a solution was ultimately achieved—something competitors were unable to realize.
