Our knowledge of PLC, SCADA, drive technology, hydraulics and pneumatics and of servo drives in particular makes us an excellent system integrator for machine building.

All over the world, machines are being operated by systems designed by us. We supply the entire control system for various machine builders and take care of commissioning at the end user.
Due to requirements related to speed (cycle times), we often apply SoftPLC controls within this market segment.
Machine safety
Machine safety is crucial when building and operating machinery and equipment. The purpose is to prevent dangerous situations for employees. Our engineers will gladly assist you with:
- Performing a risk inventory and evaluation & evaluatie (RI&E) of your machines and/or installations.
- Guiding CE processes.
- Resolving safety issues.
- Designing, verifying and validating safety controls.
Machinery directives
Any machine placed on the market or put into service within the European Union must comply with safety and health requirements, which are set out in the Machinery Directive. In the Netherlands, this directive has been incorporated into the Machinery (Commodities Act) Decree. In other words, the requirements are statutory rather than voluntary.

PL/SIL
We also perform risk assessments on behalf of a client for existing, modified or new machines. If no other measures can be taken, we can reduce identified risks through electrical devices such as light curtains, safety switches or hold-to-run switches. We do this in accordance with the safety level classifications PL (Performance Level) and SIL (Safety Integrity Level).
Our systems are supplied with the documents for the Technical Construction File.
CE Certification
If machines are modified, the CE certification often has to be reinstated. We can advise and support you in this regard.
